Skillfully decorated by Gina Holz, the Pacific Palisades property is elegant, inviting and designed for family life.

The kitchen. It’s a space that is used constantly and is truly the hub of the house. The way all of the colors and textures speak to each other make the design whole. The perfect finishing touch is the sophisticated and timeless Calacatta Manhattan Marble. A graceful and beautiful milky-white marble with light brown or dark shades all over the countertops and backsplash. The end result is a very simple, streamlined look with a healthy balance of dark and light moments.

The biggest challenge was to make sure the home was functional for young kids and pets. Everyone wants their home to be elegant and glamorous and very low maintenance which is hard to pull off. Gina had to really do her research to ensure the materials we were using were cleanable and kid friendly. It’s a home that they can grow into and evolve with overtime.
