About Corinthian Beige

Corinthian Beige is a distinguished Greek marble quarried in the Corinthia region of the Peloponnese. It is characterized by a sophisticated khaki-beige background accented with delicate creamy streaks and wispy veins that provide a sense of organic movement and warmth. Highly resilient and versatile, this stone is a preferred choice for both luxury interior flooring and grand exterior monuments. Historically prized by the ancient Romans as marmor corinthium, certain unique cuts of this marble feature dark, circular veining patterns so striking they were once referred to as tiger or leopard stone. Classic examples of this material’s enduring elegance can still be observed today within the historic basilicas of Rome.
