Nuage, also known as Gabbana, is an exquisite quartzite quarried from the bedrock of Brazil. This natural stone is celebrated for its sophisticated palette, featuring an off-white or light grey background adorned with graceful waves of shimmering silver and subtle hints of green. Its surface is often defined by a complex network of delicate white veins and dramatic, lightning-bolt patterns. As a quartzite, it boasts a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale, offering superior resistance to heat, scratches, and acids compared to marble. Interestingly, its name "Nuage" is French for "cloud," perfectly capturing the stone’s ethereal, misty appearance.
