About Sivec White
Sivec White, also known as Bianco Sivec, is a prestigious dolomitic marble quarried near Prilep, North Macedonia. Celebrated for its extraordinary purity, it features a signature porcelain-like, homogeneous white background with a fine-grained, micro-granular structure and occasional delicate light gray veins. This stone is highly sought after for luxury projects requiring brightness and a minimalist aesthetic, such as high-end flooring and sculptures. Historically significant, its extraction dates back to 500 BCE, supplying material for Roman replicas of Greek bronzes. Notably, Sivec was the primary marble used for the external cladding of the iconic Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi.
