White Onyx is a premium semi-precious natural stone prized for its snowy white background, delicate icy veining, and exceptional translucency. When backlit, it produces a soft, ethereal glow that can transform walls, fireplace surrounds, bar fronts, and decorative panels into luminous architectural features. Its crystalline structure gives it a refined, jewel-like quality, but also makes it softer and more delicate than granite or quartzite. For that reason, White Onyx is best reserved for low-traffic luxury installations, vertical applications, and carefully detailed interiors where its light-transmitting character can be fully appreciated.
