About Bianco Laura

Quarried in the heart of Brazil, Bianco Laura is a sophisticated natural quartzite known for its luminous white background and elegant, fluid veining in shades of soft gray, beige, and occasionally gold. As a metamorphic rock, it offers the ethereal beauty of marble but with the superior durability of granite, boasting a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale. This makes it exceptionally resistant to heat and scratches, ideal for high-traffic kitchens or outdoor surfaces. Interestingly, because it originates as sandstone, its dense crystalline structure can actually damage steel chef's knives before the stone itself marks.
